Remote control doesn’t work. First, pull out the plastil piece before use. Then connect ir controller with led strip, it doesn’t work, disconnect the strip bar, reverse link. If the remote control still does not work, contact us to change a new one please.
If the buttons fail to adjust the correct colors, start by pressing the remote's switch button to turn off the light strip. Next, press the FADE7 button, which is the last one located on the right; this will cause the light strip to flash. After that, press the switch button again to turn the light strip back on, and the buttons should now adjust the colors accurately. If they still don't work, repeat the previous steps until the buttons are able to control the colors correctly. If the issue persists, continue to follow the same procedure.
